Actor Amitabh Bachchan's Eye-Surgery Update

The legendary Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan has undergone laser eye surgery for the removal of a cataract. A source close to Bachchan said that Big B will be back home on Monday, 1 March.

On Sunday he was admitted for his eye surgery. He was admitted for 24 hours and will be released by today (Monday).

Big B mentioned about the surgery on his blog last Saturday night, “Medical condition .. surgery .. can’t write.” Big B didn’t disclose any of the information that why he’ll be going through one or about his medical condition. His fans got worried about his health with his blog. His fans started sharing posts on social media to wish Big B for his quick recovery from the surgery.

Big B again wrote a blog, this Monday assuring his fans that he is well now. “Thank you for all the concern and the wishes for the medical condition … eye surgeries at this age are delicate and need precision handling .. the best is being done and one hopes all shall be well .. the sight and the recovery are slow and difficult so if there are typing errors they are to be excused,” He wrote.

He also has a lot of upcoming shoots lined up.  On the previous week, Amitabh Bachchan was busy shooting for his upcoming movie ‘MayDay,’ co-starring Ajay Devgan and Rakul Preet Singh. He also announced his collaboration with Ajay Devgan’s directorial and has been frequently sharing updates regarding his movie.

We hope for Amitabh Bachchan’s speedy recovery from the surgery so that he can bounce back to his shoots and give us some amazing movies to look forward to.
