TWINKLE KHANNA SAID THAT SHE WAS IN 'BIT OF A HOLE' BECAUSE OF HER FAMILY'S ILLNESS AS SHE AND AKSHAY HAVE DONATED COVID-19 RESOURCES

Akshay Kumar and his wife Twinkle Khanna have donated 100 oxygen concentrators in India just because the country is facing a battle with the second wave of Covid-19. Twinkle Khanna shared a post on Instagram and asked everyone that they also do their bit of work. Twinkle Khanna said: "I was in 'bit of a hole' due to family's ill health."

Twinkle Khanna shared a post on Instagram: "Wonderful news-Dr Drashnika Patel & Dr. Govind Bankani of London Elite Health through Daivik Foundation are donating 120 oxygen concentrators and as @akshaykumar and I have managed to get our hands on 100 as well, we have a total of 220. Thank you for the leads. Let's all do our bit."

She writes on the post by Captioning: "I think for the last few weeks with members of my own family being ill I have been in a bit of a hole. But I couldn’t stay there for long. I request all of you in your own way to do whatever you can so we can look back at this bleak moment and at least say it took the worst but it brought out the best in all of us. #ILookForSilverLinings."

Othe celebrities and fans appreciated both of them and showed their appreciation in comments. Anaita Shroff Adajania reacted to the post and wrote: "Amazing! Thanks!" Akshay Kumar recently recovers from the COVID-19 and his wife (Twinkle Khanna) updated him about his health in a unique way, she shared an animated picture with Akshay Kumar on social media.

She said: "Safe and sound and good to have him back around. #allizwell."

In April Akshay Kumar was tested positive for the COVID-19 after this he had hospitalized himself.
