Martial Could Miss The Entire Season, Which Is A Major Blow For Manchester United

The 2022 World Cup qualification match against Kazakhstan and France last month ending, showcased the French player limped off the field, so Manchester United’s Manager Ole said that to protect his player from being any serious so said that he will be out the whole season because of the injury.

However, the star striker will be on an extended break on the sidelines with an injury in the knee. It was a big knock to the English giants in both the Premier League and the Europa League, the attacker himself will also be missing the Euro 2022 due to his sprained knee.

What did Solskjaer say?

The Norwegian told MUTV before his team's return game against Brighton & Hove Albion that, we can hope for the best to see the players come back fit after coming back from an international break.

Ole was worried because of the fact that Martial will be missing the whole season that is very disappointing due to a sprained knee, it was not anything serious but, it is a bad sprain.

48-years old Ole explained on Martial’s injury to BT Sports in a Pre-Match and is disappointed in missing him, but he also admitted about Cavani, who has returned to practice and looks fitter and has given the Red Devil’s a silver line.

Solskjaer has explained that when it is time for International Break, "You will never know when some players use it to get 100% fit due to a lot of workouts, and some players we have lost, but I’m still happy to have a list to fill in my squad."

Its a race against time for Martial who is a former Monaco man, who not will only be missing for the United squad for the Europa League crown and his first trophy under the lead of Solskjaer, and is in anxious wait to see if he makes the French squad this summer under Didier Deschamps’.

But two years later for the 2018 Russian World Cup, he was out of the selection list but was replaced by Alexis Sanchez, who took his place in the winning squad as he made the reserve list only.

Now he can miss out again in the French camp as they aim to make two major tournament victories in the row. It was unlikely for him to be rested for a bad knee sprain that he received while playing for the French National.
