Google Has Made It Easier For Android Users To Connect Bluetooth Headphones

If you are an Android user, then you would know that quite often pairing a Bluetooth device with your phone could be a bit challenging. However, Google has come out to solve the problem with the rollout of new features. According to reports by 9to5Google, Google who is a tech giant is rolling out a new Fast Pair feature on Android to make connectivity with Bluetooth Headphones and other Bluetooth devices Simpler.

The Official Android account has tweeted about google being in partnership with brands like Sony, JBL, and others to make it easier for Android Users. “The new Fast Pair experience on Android is here, with the updated easier-to-use layout, See how it makes connecting Bluetooth devices to 100+ devices from being partners like @JBLaudio and @SonyElectronic more simple and suitable with a single tap".

Apple has made pairing AirPods easier with devices like iPhone and other Apple devices. As per the 9to5Goggle report, Whenever a user starts to use or set up a Bluetooth accessory for the first time, they will surely see a big animation of different kinds of devices, where you will see a Blue Connect button that will start with the one-tap process.

This feature will not work only with headphones but with smartwatches and fitness bands. These same features had first been seen with Google’s Pixel Buds but now will be available for other brands as well.

Speaking of the Google Pixel, it is widely assumed that the affordable form of the Pixel series - Pixel 5a - will not be launched this year in India. Google has said in a statement that the phone is expected to be launched in the US and Japan only.

Although Goggle hasn’t categorically stated if this device will launch in India or not, the Global chip shortage could mean there is no new Pixel phone for India in 2021.
